Orders are processed as soon as payment is received. Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. 

All international packages are shipped via Australia Post in partnership with the destination country postal service.

Vintage 1999 Curated is not responsible for international customs fees or for packages that are returned, lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the shipping status of your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
